Pam was raised in Michigan and graduated from Calvin College in 1997, with a BS in Biology with honors. She then moved to Birmingham and graduated from UAB in 1999, with an MS in Physical Therapy.

She has 19+ years experience treating a variety of acute, surgical, and chronic conditions, sports injuries in multiple outpatient, othopedic settings.

In the past 5 years, Pam has specialized in manual techniques such as myofascial release, IASTM, cupping, and dry needling. She believes it is imperative to treat the whole person (to restore balance and integrate the body, mind, and spirit) for complete healing.

Pam lives in Hoover, with her husband, Nick, and their two huskies, Sasha and Siku.

She enjoys dancing, hiking, and aerial yoga.
