Blaire received her bachelor degree in Zoology from Auburn University in 2000. She then traveled overseas doing mission work for 2 years. She returned back to the US to attend PT school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham where she received her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. 

She and her husband moved to Washington state where she practiced PT for 4 years in various settings while working on her manual skills through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

They moved back to Birmingham in 2009 where she started with Beyond Physical Therapy and honing in her manual skills specifically towards myofascial release. She has taken courses through the John Barnes Myofascial Release Treatment Centers and Seminars for her continuing education.

She and her husband live in Birmingham with their 4 children.
