LeAnne graduated from Auburn University in 1990 with a Biology major in the Pre-Medicine curriculum. She has worked in a variety of settings including pediatrics and neuro-rehab but her primary area of interest is in out-patient orthopedics. She considers the practice of out-patient physical therapy to be parallel with the concept of orthodontics for misaligned teeth.

After her return to Birmingham from Los Angeles, California, she decided to practice out-patient orthopedic physical therapy in a comprehensive manner to achieve proper musculoskeletal alignment.  She is passionate about empowering patients to gain knowledge and awareness to minimize their physical ailments and provide the best possible functional outcome.  

She went from being a sole-proprietor to joining her brother, JP Church, a fellow Physical Therapist in 2008.  She is now a physical therapist and a managing partner of Beyond Physical Therapy of Vestavia.  

LeAnne lives in the Inverness area of Birmingham. She enjoys the outdoors and being involved in a variety of projects in the local area.
